A: Our rates can vary depending upon the age, breed, condition, and temperament of your pet and the types of services your pet requires. - Q: What kinds of pets do you groom?
A: Our professional grooming staff is experienced in grooming all breeds of dogs.
- Q: Does Leader of The Pack sedate or tranquilize pets before bathing or grooming?
A: No we absolutely do not! Our professional groomers are well-trained and quite capable of treating nervous cats and dogs with compassionate, loving care. We never force any pet to be bathed or groomed.

A: We are closed on New year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, And New Year's Eve Day

- Q: What information will you need before you can groom my pet?
A: In order to provide the best, most economical services and products necessary for the health and long-life of your pet, we need to know a few things about you and your pet. We'll ask you to complete an information form on you and your pet before your first visit. We'll also need written confirmation that your pet is current with all required vaccinations. We need these things so we can ensure the health and safety of your pet and all the other pets who visit our salon.
- Q: What vaccinations are required?
A: All dogs must have the following vaccinations administered by a licensed veterinarian: Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo, and Rabies. If you have any questions, Please contact your veterinarian
- Q: When can I Drop-Off and Pick-Up my pet?
A: You can drop-off your pet between 8:00 AM and 10.00 AM on the day of your appointment (Please take your pet 'potty' one last time before your appointment time). You may pick-up your pet between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM ( A rush fee is charged for early pickups). You will receive a courtesy call when your pet is ready. Please remember that we close at 4:00 PM or when the last pet of the day has been groomed. If you're late, we might have to charge as much as $5.00 for every 10 minutes after 4:00 PM, so please be on time.
- Q: What if my pet's coat is matted?
A: If you regularly brush your pet's coat, this shouldn't be a problem. But if your pet's coat is matted we'll have to work longer and harder to demat it. We're happy to give you five minutes of dematting time free but after that, we have to charge $5.00 for every 10 minutes.
